The staff was consistently attentive. I received a welcome amenity with a handwritten note from the hotel manager! the dinner at reflection was a highlight! my sablefish was the best in town. i also had a georgian spa massage, it was really enriching.

The wifi was spotty. I faced difficulties connecting on my devices.

The 1927 restaurant offers a breakfast option! i added crispy bacon onto the smoked salmon benedict. It was delicious. reflections also provides a great dining atmosphere and diverse menu, worth trying. the hotel ensures a great dining experience.

i appreciate that this hotel highlighted the building's historic aspects with good upgrades. the staff was super attentive, and the restaurants are amazing. i definitely recommend the reflections restaurant on the fourth floor. i enjoy the good service and food quality.

the air conditioning had stopped working in the room, and the temperature had risen. the technician who came was polite, but it takes a while to fix the issue. the offered room was approximately six square meters smaller and was inconvenient. no one mentioned the inconvenience upon checkout.

The room was spacious. The location was ideal because it was close to many restaurants and shops. The housecleaning was superb. The staff was excellent.

The Wi-Fi in our room did not work. The engineering manager was unprofessional during his troubleshooting efforts.
